Throwback with Tracey
One of my more challenging and exciting projects was bringing Tracey back to life for my friend’s mom. She was the dog that belonged to his parents in the 1970s, and passed in 1980. He went digging through stacks of photo albums to find reference photos which, as you can see below, were quite grainy and discolored. Between the selection of vintage photographs and facetiming with his father as I finetuned the details, we were able to create a pet portrait to bring joy to his parents!
Portraits of Sam & Lulu
This pair of paintings was commissioned by the same client, but for two different recipients. These were very special paintings done in remembrance of pets that crossed the rainbow bridge in years past. Sam’s blue background was inspired by her favorite blanket, and Lulu’s dress was designed by me to coordinate with her sunny background.
Thank you for entrusting me with these Stefany!
Mother’s Day Gifts
After waiting to make sure all the mom’s received their new paintings, I can finally share these with you all! Meet Loki, Kaiya, and Kai! I am able to fit two more paintings into my schedule if you are looking for a unique and heartfelt gift for your dad.
Portrait of Oreo
Easily the most dapper dog I have painted so far this year, look at this fluffy guy with his little bow tie! I love him!
